      Build great relationships with customers & employees. Develop skillsets to professional handle any situation. Fantastic opportunities for advancement, started as a part-timer, now less then two years later I’m a assistant manager. If you choose to enjoy then you will.

      Cons

      Customers having multiple accounts does get a bit difficult when writing a healthy loan.

      fun and varying work day, lots of down time, generous breaks, discounts.

      Cons

      district and regional leadership often some of the worst people depending on your district, lots of incompetent coworkers and managers.
