      Ok pay Decent discount Product knowledge Comission isn't that bad but not as good as it use to be Amazing managers some of the best I've ever worked with. Great to work with.

      Healthcare insurance is a total joke Upper management is to micromanagement oriented Promotion feels nonexistent Some shops play numbers game Workload sometimes becomes overbearing Feels like nothing but a numbers game all the time

      fun and varying work day, lots of down time, generous breaks, discounts.

      Cons

      district and regional leadership often some of the worst people depending on your district, lots of incompetent coworkers and managers.
