Interesting Industry Decent commission structure Simple business model.
Cons
Poor upper management since merger with Cash America. Most multi-unit CA talent has been systematically eliminated and replaced with glorified store managers. The salaries offered the replacements is 30-40% less than what the going rate was for multi-unit managers prior to the merger. Most employee engagement along with quality training has been eliminated. A very cost cutting type mentality for anyone below the regional level.
