Pros

Not bad work hours, closed Sundays. Clean job. Gives you experience in loans. Some Cashlands do gold buying and do loans on jewelry, that is interensting.

Cons

Don't get hired around the holidays, as it's very busy and you won't get properly trained, resulting in you working on your own and begging for assistance.

Pros

The pay is competitive, especially for the type of work. The job itself is interesting, and every day can be different, which helps keep things from becoming repetitive. There are opportunities to learn valuable skills and gain experience.

Cons

Management is inconsistent and often lacks clear communication. The company is extremely numbers-driven, sometimes at the expense of employee morale and customer service. There is clear favoritism in how employees are treated and recognized, which can be be discouraging for employees who consistently work hard. Work-life balance is also poor. Although the scheduled hours may not seem bad on paper, it's common to start at 9:00 a.m. and not get home until around 8:00 p.m., making for long days that leave little personal time. Better communication, more transparency, fair treatment of employees, and a healthier work-life balance would make a significant difference.
