      - selling coffee & break room services to companies -ok insurance -family first environment

      Cons

      -not much money to be made overall -limited commission structure -insurance plans are not realistic to all families- they don't even allow you to pay for an additional plan to compensate

      Pros

      First Choice is a great company to work for with lots of opportunities to grow! The company is expanding fast, so there are always new positions opening up. I would say its collaborative work culture. A nice perk is the free snacks & coffee, some locations even have ice cream machines. The benefits and 401(k) are solid too. Overall, a great place to build a career!

      insurance, they pay be the hour, 8 hour work day

      Cons

      the time off and pay need some work. it shouldn't take 10 years to get 3 week of vacation. They need to care about the employees we all feel like just a #. A little bit of recognition goes a long way.
