Pros
Benefits are ok but not great. Full time is actually a full 40 hour week with a set daytime schedule. Positive environment and friendly coworkers. Pay for my position is excellent. No weekend, evening, or holiday shifts! Bonuses are easy to come by - I've earned mine every month since I started. Low stress environment. At my location: Everyone's birthdays get celebrated. Having a baby? Baby shower at the office. Just because it's Tuesday? Free breakfast! Cook-offs and decorating contests. Flexible about time off.
Cons
Outdated computer programs that desperately need updating. The main program we use is DOS based. Training program is a bit haphazard, and needs to be more regulated so that everyone is learning how to do things the same way at every location.
