Regarding industry engagement, while we may not attend every trade show, we are committed to staying abreast of industry trends and innovations. The claim that we haven't updated our equipment in a decade is inaccurate. We have made significant investments in modernizing our tools and processes, and we are proud of the advancements we've achieved. Inconsistencies in obtaining information is a valid concerns, however we do have an org chart. We are currently in the process of improving our internal communication tools, including a more comprehensive and easily accessible org chart, to ensure everyone knows who to contact for specific issues. Regarding Human Resources, we acknowledge the need for timely responses and are working hard to ensure we can get back to employees timely. We are implementing new systems to ensure quicker response times and more efficient handling of employee concerns. We believe that our employees are our greatest asset, and we are committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels motivated and valued.
