Pros

Generous amount of paid time off + holidays, mostly great people to work with, and decent 401k match.

Cons

- Too much work with too little time to complete it adequately- branch employees were consistently reduced while back office tasks were constantly being added to branch expectations. - Too much focus on sales over operations which often lead to serious risk issues and unethical behavior in sales staff. - Limited opportunities for career growth- positions were available, but upper management did not encourage or help promote talented associates. - Recognition for hard work in non-sales associates is pretty much non-existent. - All issues led to an overall low morale and consistent turnover, particularly within branch staff.

Pros

Great opportunity for learning and growth, and many people in the organization to learn from who are willing to help.

Cons

Over saturation of the market and unrealistic sales goals that are always changing make it difficult to set down stakes for the customers and team. Unlimited PTO leaves many managers picking up slack for multiple branches where other managers are rarely there, even when managers and team members out on medical leave.
