And they do hire within they promote within so if you looking for a promotion this is the company they don't go outside before they ask they employees it's already there

I don't like not being able to utilize my phone when there's nothing to do but dry sit in the Cold office it's like a jail cell

Very high pay compared to other security roles in Central Florida.

3 month probationary. Might not hire you on unless you have law enforcement military experience or years of armed security work. Also won't receive a post until you bid for one, but seniority matters.
