No raises based on performance Management likes to micromanage Continually under surveillance If you use your phone you WILL be fired if seen. The turn over rate is insane, Ive seen 10 lead supervisors fired/moved in 3 years. Very few raises and 0 incentive to do more in any position as they dont do individual pay raises
