First Place for Youth's culture is one of team work, support and dedication to the young people served. There is a great passion, from everyone working at the agency, to help foster youth achieve their goals of independence.

Cons

The agency promotes and supports a healthy work/life balance. It is challenging at times, to be successful at finding a balance because of the population served, however, everyone on the team, supports finding a balance.

Great people to work with - everyone is so friendly and kind Great mission - serving a population frequently overlooked Flexible schedule - hybrid work that only requires once a week in office Intentional Leadership - Execs really work to understand their staff & improve their workload Parenting-Friendly - Understanding managers who prioritize parenting and all the associated flexibility needs

Cons

Workload - understaffed in some departments, but a lot of thought going into improving this con Pay - it is non-profit pay so none of us are here gettin' rich :) the work is very fulfilling regardless
