Pros

"S" is Amazing. I wish them all the best, I'm sorry I gave you a hard time. I still think about you! Life is great now, you played a part to get me where I am now - believe it or not. <3 Ps. I owe you In N Out. -Alex

Cons

Turnover is frequent, Some youth may not adjust and build a rapport with a Youth Advocate or Program Manager. Some youth in the FPFY program may need more scaffolding and authority to adhere to the rules. Youth needs to be teached to get the most bang for their buck when FPFY supplies the youth with monthly grocery card or something equivalent. Youth should be reminded of their rights as a foster youth and living in a space provided by FPFY. As a former participant of this program you can see I have a lot of feedback. I hope to see FPFY improve, I know you are doing your best! -Alex

Pros

Great people to work with - everyone is so friendly and kind Great mission - serving a population frequently overlooked Flexible schedule - hybrid work that only requires once a week in office Intentional Leadership - Execs really work to understand their staff & improve their workload Parenting-Friendly - Understanding managers who prioritize parenting and all the associated flexibility needs

Cons

Workload - understaffed in some departments, but a lot of thought going into improving this con Pay - it is non-profit pay so none of us are here gettin' rich :) the work is very fulfilling regardless
