It's pretty fulfilling work for a company for which you believe in the mission and can see how your efforts make a meaningful impact on a global scale. First Solar is an extremely fast-paced, driven and results oriented company where growth opportunities abound and where you can learn and develop new skills quickly if you are self-directed.
Cons
Can be siloed in thinking between functions / departments at times. THe pace and rigor of the work can be very aggressive and work life balance a challenge.
