First Student in Schaumburg IL Needs a New and Improve System, They need more Safety Guidelines as far as Monitor's, We Cant use self Defense when you are on a Behavioral Route Especially When you get hurt on the job. Behavioral Kids will destroyed your Happiness and will get you in trouble, Let Alone Hit And Swear Under the Sun. Imagine 1&2 graders even Pre K- being as bad. We have safety meetings Every Season, But it does not include new guidelines against Monitor's for self defense an when we do it's more Q&A but Bus Drivers gets The Most Safety Guidelines. Even when you write Multiple Write Up's That doesn't do anything except for the kids to be good for 1 day. And let me explain you try to be fair but if the kids aren't being good they should get Praised Anyways? 🤷
