      Pros

      This is an independent job and they expect that of you. Come in, be safe, know your duties, get then done safely. Pay is different from one yard to the next. My yard is unionized and our most recent negotiation put us at an untouchable rate. Top notch.

      Some equipment is older. Some equipment is reported insufficient. Refuse to use it.
