Great Co-workers, poor management! Parents, Beware!!!! - Bus Driver First Student Employee Review

In cost cutting efforts, they over stuff busses, take special ed kids on longer rides than they need to be on, have antiquated busses, and in my depot, pay mechanics under the table, that were previously fired, to "fix" busses to pass DOT inspections. No regard for drivers and matrons/DA's. Disregard local and state laws, regarding transporting special ed kids, and gear their training programs to putting responsibility solely on the driver and matron, so they are law suit free.
