Since only 2 models of vehicles were in the fleet, everyone was able to get really good at repairing them,
Cons
This location was a prime example of managers reaching their level of incompetency and staying there. Very frustrating place to work. Many employees spent more efforts in union activities in order to reduce production than in the actual job that was paying them. Salary is below average.
