Pros
First Student pays very well at first, but don't expect yearly raises. There are many very talented and ambitious people working for First Student. First Student has a rather relaxed environment at it's HQ offices in Cincinnati.
Cons
People in the field tend to be miss managed and under qualified. There is no room for upward growth unless you run in the right circles. Pay raises or cost of living adjustments are not based on quality of work or years of service. Upper management tends to undervalue its mid level employees.
