      Pros

      Very supportive of drivers and safety culture was strong.

      Cons

      Our location experience a very difficult 1 year period of changing managers 3-4 times in same period and as many changes with routers, dispatchers and certified trainers. Very difficult working environment during that time.

      Frequently behind the wheel of a bus which limits value at position Very long hours due to need to complete work while spending significant portion of the day filling in on open routes
