      Set schedule When you are done for the day, you don't take your work home with you You get all school holidays and weather days off

      Cons

      Only six hours per day, but the five-hour break between shifts make it an 11-hour day About 10% of the kids are horribly mis-behaved, schools do little to correct behavior Very few opportunities to earn extra money
