Pros
I've been working as Web Developer in this company from past two years and below are some of the pros I'd like to mention 1) Company has professional environment with great people. 2) CEO himself addresses the major issues and rectifies them. 3) If you have a skill set , you can voluntarily get involved in other projects and this helps you to grow a lot. 4) The problems are addressed quickly whether its related to HR or Admin or any dept. 5) The company even provides you with fooding and cab if you're working in office during late hours. 6) People are friendly and they will help you out if they can. 7) The IT team is cool and always up to date with technology. 8) There are weekly fun activities which gives you some break. Also there is a game room which has carrom and some more indoor games so that you can chill out if there is a lot of work.
Cons
There are not any particular thing that you would hate here. Everything has some cons but I think there aren't any work related issues.
