The company knows the need of their employees and how to fulfill them. HR policies are best here, any issue if occur it is always addressed with the highest priority. Salary on time always. Great work culture. Top notch upper management. Work and life balance are excellent.

Few things from my personal experience are - - Reachability - Ontime payroll process - Cooperative staff and management - Diligent paperwork and coordination for H1B amendments/renewal

Cons

While interactions and meetings within the operations teams and management are regular occurrences, taking the time to periodically connect with tech employees can provide additional value and comfort to them. Just a thought!
