Pros

I think that the pay is reasonable, there is a fair amount of development and training, and management is pretty understanding about different things that come up in life. I found them to have generally sound connections in the field and their business strategy to seem smart and make me comfortable being a part of the organization.

Cons

Pay isn't too remarkable however really not that bad in this economy. Like everyone in the world I obviously would hope for more but I would rate the salary as moderate all things considered. More worrying is unsure opportunity for advancement.

Few things from my personal experience are - - Reachability - Ontime payroll process - Cooperative staff and management - Diligent paperwork and coordination for H1B amendments/renewal

Cons

While interactions and meetings within the operations teams and management are regular occurrences, taking the time to periodically connect with tech employees can provide additional value and comfort to them. Just a thought!
