The most inefficient and greedy body shopping business ever. Unethical business practices and deceiving at it's best. Fabricating good reviews for themselves to attract more gullible people so they can cheat them.

Cons

They are into day light robbery of the hard earned money of consultants. Want to earn money with zero effort and if you question their shady business practices, they will get vindictive. Do not waste your time with these blood suckers and run from them as far as you can.

Few things from my personal experience are - - Reachability - Ontime payroll process - Cooperative staff and management - Diligent paperwork and coordination for H1B amendments/renewal

Cons

While interactions and meetings within the operations teams and management are regular occurrences, taking the time to periodically connect with tech employees can provide additional value and comfort to them. Just a thought!
