Pros

My experience at First Tek was overwhelmingly positive. The location was very near where I lived so I didn’t have to worry too much about my commute. The company has many good policies in place that keep things from seeming unfair and they never expected more from me than I could reasonably accomplish in a week.

Cons

My wife and I moved farther away and I really couldn’t stand the thought of having such a long commute.

Few things from my personal experience are - - Reachability - Ontime payroll process - Cooperative staff and management - Diligent paperwork and coordination for H1B amendments/renewal

Cons

While interactions and meetings within the operations teams and management are regular occurrences, taking the time to periodically connect with tech employees can provide additional value and comfort to them. Just a thought!
