I’ve been with this company for two years. So far, I consider them my top employer. They are generous, offering competitive pay, rewards, bonuses, and a complete compensation package. Plus, they give us work-life balance with PTOs and ample breaks. Our employer is super nice and cares for employees. It’s all fun. I am fortunate. Thank you!

Few things from my personal experience are - - Reachability - Ontime payroll process - Cooperative staff and management - Diligent paperwork and coordination for H1B amendments/renewal

Cons

While interactions and meetings within the operations teams and management are regular occurrences, taking the time to periodically connect with tech employees can provide additional value and comfort to them. Just a thought!
