This company has lost sight of what really matters and have been strategically getting rid of, demoting, and bullying employees that actually know how to and care about fixing the issues and doing a good job. When the company experienced vast growth with little resources it put a lot of strain on the accounting department. They brought on a bunch of departments and we're not mindful of the rest of the picture as a whole. They allowed data to be changed freely therefore making reconciliation impossible. While the knowledgeable employees were begging for help upper management/executives were busy finding someone to blame. They run out a completely competent property controller and replace her with one with no knowledge of real accounting. One that constantly bullies and hires her little minions to do her dirty work. Anyone more knowedge able and experienced than her becomes her target so she can distract everyone from the fact she doesn't know what she's doing. Yes this company needed help due to growing pains but they needed a good leader not a tyrant troll who just cares about how she looks in her tight skirts. She promotes people who don't have the qualifications over people who are fully qualified without even posting these open positions. Executives who are allowing this to happen need to make it stop and the investors need to look further into who they have "leading" this company.
