I am so sorry that was your experience here at FirstKey Homes. While we did go through an outsourcing effort to help streamline our business processes and costs, we did also provide many opportunities and avenues for our affected employees to take on other roles within the company. If that was not of interest we also provided an outplacement service that provided coaching, resume writing, interview prep guidance, etc. to help our Keypers find their next job. We ALWAYS want to take care of our Keypers (employees) no matter what!
