Pros

Base Salary is the only pro.

Cons

I’ve never seen a company that just lets go of good hard working people and doesn’t think how it will effect the rest of the team/market. The expectations are unrealistic and the company culture is all over the place. Unorganized and never any clear direction given. No other department is “resident facing” so the PM and PA has to handle literally everything with little to no information. Work/life balance doesn’t exist if you want to stay on top of your job. I could go on and on but I’m sure you get the picture.

FirstKey Homes Response

As you know the economy has gone through a resizing with current inflation and other macro economic trends. Losing hard working people in an organization is never something we take lightly as we fully understand the impact it has on our teams and markets. We try to do right by our current and former employees by offering generous severance packages, paid for benefits, and pay out of their bonuses for the time they were with us. Our leadership team is constant IN the markets touring homes and learning from our resident facing employees and managers as we too believe this is the only way to truly understand the challenges of our business. Thank you for taking the time to let us know your point of view and we look forward to continuing to improve here at FKH.
