Pros

Good pay & benefits, company van provided.

Cons

-Unrealistic matrix used to judge the productivity of service technicians. -Service managers have little to no technical knowledge. -Service technicians are asked to perform repairs that often require a permit, that the company doesn't acquire. -Company doesn't provide all tools and equipment needed to do the job. -The company van inventory is poorly chosen. -No schedule flexibility. -If your tools are stolen off the company van, the company has no reimbursement policy. -The company issued iPads have terrible connectivity. -Mandatory on-call shifts. -Waste of time virtual weekly meetings.

On call Middle management micromanaging Stress Work load Unfair Time recording policy Added responsibility without compensation for the added work Pay increase amount Nothing is consistent Lack of coordination Lack of empathy Low level and mid level management with no knowledge of the role of those they manage Inventory control system
