Mixed experience - Anonymous employee FirstKey Homes Employee Review

HR team is confusing. Changed representatives several times. I had two different ladies in HR in a year. They were really helpful and would follow up relatively quick despite being busy. new guy takes a while to respond, if he does and not follow up. Also gives info that contradicts our policies and what I've been told in the past Company doesn't care about resident concerns until a review is made or its escalated to a upper corporate. leaders are not receptive to feedback that we are more productive in a remote environment
