Pros

One of the strongest aspects is the responsiveness from the head office staff and particularly the accounting department, which has consistently been helpful, efficient, and quick to respond to inquiries and operational matters. This level of support makes a significant difference in the day-to-day management experience. The security and cleaning teams also deserve recognition for their ongoing efforts in maintaining the property, supporting residents, and contributing to a safe and well-kept environment. Pros: • Responsive and supportive head office staff • Strong accounting team with fast follow-up • Professional security personnel • Reliable cleaning and maintenance coordination • Overall organized and service-oriented company

Cons

• As with any large organization, some processes may occasionally take time due to volume and approvals • Continued improvements in communication technology and streamlined systems would further enhance service efficiency

Pros

At the time, I was working overnight at a condominium, and the quiet environment gave me the opportunity to focus on my schoolwork since there was very little activity throughout the building. The team I worked with was incredible, they made me feel like I was part of a family, which made the job even more enjoyable and rewarding.

Cons

Working the graveyard shift can significantly affect a person's sleep schedule and overall sleep quality.

Pros

They take good care of the office people

Cons

Field workers are second hand citizens. Nepotism by language. Promote people that don't have the skill sets to do the job. The people that have the common sense to be leadership at this point don't want the responsibility anymore. What does that say?
