Pros

Nice residents to work with. Support from community when you do a good job for them. Good on site staff that work as a team to achieve the goals.

Cons

No supervision from Executive Directors to On Site Community Staff. Hard work is never recognized. Very poor Leadership in the company. No help with controlling resident board who feel they can treat staff with disrespect and bullying.

Pros

At the time, I was working overnight at a condominium, and the quiet environment gave me the opportunity to focus on my schoolwork since there was very little activity throughout the building. The team I worked with was incredible, they made me feel like I was part of a family, which made the job even more enjoyable and rewarding.

Cons

Working the graveyard shift can significantly affect a person's sleep schedule and overall sleep quality.

They take good care of the office people

Cons

Field workers are second hand citizens. Nepotism by language. Promote people that don't have the skill sets to do the job. The people that have the common sense to be leadership at this point don't want the responsibility anymore. What does that say?
