Pros

The flexibility of creating your own hours but knowing you had a job to do, made you feel like you were an adult with a solid career, but you needed to take your job seriously. You needed to know what you were doing, and having a property management career behind me helped tremendously. People were nice, but had their own jobs to do.

Cons

It was very quiet in the office, hardly anyone around if you had questions, and if you didn't know the answers, sometimes you were looked down upon

Pros

At the time, I was working overnight at a condominium, and the quiet environment gave me the opportunity to focus on my schoolwork since there was very little activity throughout the building. The team I worked with was incredible, they made me feel like I was part of a family, which made the job even more enjoyable and rewarding.

Cons

Working the graveyard shift can significantly affect a person's sleep schedule and overall sleep quality.

Pros

They take good care of the office people

Cons

Field workers are second hand citizens. Nepotism by language. Promote people that don't have the skill sets to do the job. The people that have the common sense to be leadership at this point don't want the responsibility anymore. What does that say?
