Pros

Learned a lot. Made good friends.

Cons

They do not train their managers. I was an administrative assistant and they asked me to train my new managers. Then they fire them. All the time. Every week all the time giving everyone horrible anxiety. I would get emails all the time that someone else was gone. And not just managers. The accountants. The admins. The HR people. The anxiety of being randomly fired gave me panic attacks. I would wake up in a cold sweat. Even I had little training and was just thrown into the mix. Then I had SO much work it was unreal. My job should have been for two people. Managers would pile junk on my desk all the time. Thinking I had time to scan in 1000's of documents. Get's better. I was hired with the understanding I would move into management. Then when I asked about it I was told that I was an admin and admins don't go into management and basically how could I be so foolish. But please train the new managers since you know more than they do. WOW! So I left and went with another management company and am a manager. They don't fire people every other day and I feel better now. Then I found out after I left that I was the lowest paid in my department. Tho I had the most managers and the most work. UGH!

Pros

At the time, I was working overnight at a condominium, and the quiet environment gave me the opportunity to focus on my schoolwork since there was very little activity throughout the building. The team I worked with was incredible, they made me feel like I was part of a family, which made the job even more enjoyable and rewarding.

Cons

Working the graveyard shift can significantly affect a person's sleep schedule and overall sleep quality.

Pros

They take good care of the office people

Cons

Field workers are second hand citizens. Nepotism by language. Promote people that don't have the skill sets to do the job. The people that have the common sense to be leadership at this point don't want the responsibility anymore. What does that say?
