Trusted to work independently onsite. Daily opportunities to learn about your building understand how it operates. Empowered to take initiative to resolve issues. Engage with many residents and create a friendly, warm service environment. Flexibility of schedule and opportunities to work at other buildings enhances learning. Benefits offered to anyone working full-time, 30+ hours.

Cons

If you are not an independent thinker who is self-motivated and appreciates daily learning, this company is not for you.

Pros

At the time, I was working overnight at a condominium, and the quiet environment gave me the opportunity to focus on my schoolwork since there was very little activity throughout the building. The team I worked with was incredible, they made me feel like I was part of a family, which made the job even more enjoyable and rewarding.

Cons

Working the graveyard shift can significantly affect a person's sleep schedule and overall sleep quality.

Pros

They take good care of the office people

Cons

Field workers are second hand citizens. Nepotism by language. Promote people that don't have the skill sets to do the job. The people that have the common sense to be leadership at this point don't want the responsibility anymore. What does that say?
