      Their scheduling team works hard to put you on cases. I've gotten a decent number of hours/week. Your mentors and supervisors are really caring of their team

      This type of work has a high burnout rate. Could be getting paid higher for the same work elsewhere

      1 dollar bonus after completing ~300 clinical hours

      Cons

      Not much support for new RBTs; de-escalation techniques learned on the job after earning certification, rather than during training. 1 dollar bonus is advertised as something earned automatically after completing 3 months on the job, but is actually only earned after completing 300 clinical hours.
