      Pros

      You can get a lot of experience and certain supervisors are very helpful. Sessions with the kids are sometimes fun and rewarding.

      Cons

      - Long work hours - No compensation if families cancel and aren’t given a make up - long drives sometimes over 30 mins - underpaid for the ton of work and stress

      1 dollar bonus after completing ~300 clinical hours

      Cons

      Not much support for new RBTs; de-escalation techniques learned on the job after earning certification, rather than during training. 1 dollar bonus is advertised as something earned automatically after completing 3 months on the job, but is actually only earned after completing 300 clinical hours.
