      Doubled up in communities with very few homes to sell, Traffic not driven to certain communities by marketing, Mandatory meetings often on days off, Secret quarterly shops, management style adversarial.

      Self-autonomy, Lots of responsibility (depending on mngr), Learn lots about industry. Hands on in the field.

      Cons

      Churn and burn employees. Upper mgmt does not care about construction team. Many people left within a 2-3 years of being there.
