      Have become a part of a great culture and values. I have had the opportunity to learn a great deal in a quick time. Great structure and systems seem to be working. Good compensation

      Cons

      If a homeowner is unhappy, it comes down on construction. This is unfortunate due to issues that may have occurred prior to construction being involved.

      Pros

      Self-autonomy, Lots of responsibility (depending on mngr), Learn lots about industry. Hands on in the field.

      Cons

      Churn and burn employees. Upper mgmt does not care about construction team. Many people left within a 2-3 years of being there.
