      Unlimited commission potential - work hard and earn as much as you want. Work with a great group of internal people. Great product to sell.

      Cons

      Working weekends but that comes with the job.

      Self-autonomy, Lots of responsibility (depending on mngr), Learn lots about industry. Hands on in the field.

      Cons

      Churn and burn employees. Upper mgmt does not care about construction team. Many people left within a 2-3 years of being there.
