      Can make a decent living if you're lucky enough to have a good community.

      Cons

      No work/life balance. Poor support from management. Indianapolis Div President is a joke.

      Self-autonomy, Lots of responsibility (depending on mngr), Learn lots about industry. Hands on in the field.

      Cons

      Churn and burn employees. Upper mgmt does not care about construction team. Many people left within a 2-3 years of being there.
