      Cons

      The ups and downs of sales are a tough adjustment after coming from a salary position. It is easy to get down on yourself and let it affect your personal life when you are not meeting with success, or dealing with a tough client.

      Self-autonomy, Lots of responsibility (depending on mngr), Learn lots about industry. Hands on in the field.

      Cons

      Churn and burn employees. Upper mgmt does not care about construction team. Many people left within a 2-3 years of being there.
