Pros
I have worked for Fischer Homes for nearly 5 years & believe our team culture is top notch, especially in this industry. We all work extremely hard and are surrounded by others with the same work ethic and attitude. Everyone wants each other to succeed and our customers are our priority. There are always going to be challenges in the workplace but people make the difference. I feel very fortunate to be surrounded by the team we have built.
Cons
Being on the sales side of the company, you do have to know going in that there is a ramp up period for income & understand that it takes time for your hard work to pay off.
