They preach that their way to get you back on track is "not a form of punishment", meaning it is literally a form of punishment. If you don't hit goals in a certain time frame, have fun stressing about not being able to sleep because you should be working to sell something way overpriced in a market that can't afford it. You will be fired if your goals aren't hit, no matter the circumstances. If not fired, they typically push you out of the company. Also, don't take time off, they will torment you over and over saying you need to be working instead of taking vacation time.
