      Lots of autonomy and creativity

      Cons

      The corporate office doesn't have a clue what goes on at the ground level. Don't make decisions based on the best interest of sales counselors. Human Resources runs the sales department which makes no sense.

      Self-autonomy, Lots of responsibility (depending on mngr), Learn lots about industry. Hands on in the field.

      Cons

      Churn and burn employees. Upper mgmt does not care about construction team. Many people left within a 2-3 years of being there.
