      Pros

      Excellent culture. Proven success during the "dark days" of building and came out on the other side of 2008-2010 still growing!! Professional and enjoyable place to work. Can't say enough about it.

      Cons

      HQ definitely lacking in diversity.

      Pros

      Self-autonomy, Lots of responsibility (depending on mngr), Learn lots about industry. Hands on in the field.

      Cons

      Churn and burn employees. Upper mgmt does not care about construction team. Many people left within a 2-3 years of being there.
