Pros
I worked in other financial sectors before, for some reason they all have quick turn around time. Fiserv is better than most of them but is not good.
Cons
May be its the product am working with, but not so great company to work in. salary increment is as low as 0.7-1% , no bonus at all, no promotions nothing! there is no pattern, no good planning for the tasks given. It just working continuously on the tasks assigned.
