Pros
* Coworkers and team were fantastic * Type of work was interesting, but did change * Fiserv took care of us during the layoff... severance, discounted COBRA benefits etc
Cons
* Pay was low. I realized that after I was laid off * Current FirstData management seems to be in over their heads * Morale is low. After the management change, the culture internally seemed to got nasty. * Very little opportinity for career growth (as you'dexpect in a large operation)
