1. Great projects. 2. Good work life balance in almost every project. 3. Lots of Onsite oppurtunities with good compensation at Onsite. 4. Trainings are helpful and great emphasis on career development in terms of Trainings and Certifications. 5. Good Brand.
Cons
1. Opaque Management and policies are vague mostly. 2. Incompetent Indian HR. 3. Was initially driven mostly incompetent management, quick promotions of management people. 4. Biasing and favouritism, you have to be lucky to fall under a good manager. 5. Too much of salary variance.
